Erkan Cubukçu was voluntary announcer of 3. International Smiling Child Festival at Feshane Fair Congrees and Culture Center in 22 of April .

While  performing their shows all Participant groups substantiated that  ,they can do anything  when all obstacles are removed in convenient circumstances. Folk dancing team of wheel chair of SCPST performed magnificent show and pulled attention.Audience of students and parents came to watch performers of the festival,  souls from all around Turkiye got mesmerized by splendid  performences and applauded a lot.
