      On the 20^th of April, the beginning date of the Smiling Child Festival , welcome dinner was organized for children  who participated in the Festival. The Dinner, of which was hosted by the Culture Ministry, since it is an International Organization, brought people together to meet each other as well. In the concert organized for the benefit of the guests, Selçuk Yapar and Özgün Uğurlu performed on stage. Erkan Obüs, a famous Magician, entertained the children during the Festival and flags were given as a small gift.  It was an excellent event reflecting the spirit of the Smiling Child Festival.
